In User menu → Account (My account / User settings), you manage your personal sign-in details: how you appear to your team inside the dashboard, which email address and providers you use to sign in to véltica, and which devices are signed in to your account.
Changing your name and profile photo from User menu → Account
When you open User menu → Account, the first block is Profile:
- Profile photo: click Change photo to upload a
JPG,PNG, orWebPimage up to 10 MB (or click Remove if you prefer to go back to your initials). - Name: type the name you want the dashboard, the assistant, and your teammates to see in Team and Team notes, then click Save.
Changing your name or photo here only updates your personal user profile inside the dashboard. It does not change the logo or business name of your websites (those are configured per project under Settings → Business information and Settings → Style).
How to change your account email in 2 steps (verifying your current email and confirming the new one)
Your account email is the key you use to sign in and receive critical billing and security notices. That’s why changing it in the Email block takes place in two verification steps using 6-digit codes:
- Step 1 of 2 · Verify it is you: request the change and we’ll send a verification code to your current email address. Enter it on screen to prove that you are the one requesting the change (and not someone who found your computer unlocked).
- Step 2 of 2 · Confirm your new email: once the first code is verified, enter your New email and we’ll send a second code to that new address. Entering it confirms that the new inbox exists, receives mail properly, and belongs to you.
As soon as you complete the second step, your email is updated and we automatically close all other open sessions on other devices for security.
If you created your account by signing in exclusively with an outside provider and don’t have a direct email sign-in, the panel will tell you that your email is managed through that provider under Connected accounts.
Connecting or disconnecting Google sign-in (Connected accounts)
In the Connected accounts section, you can see which sign-in providers are linked to your account (such as Google):
- If you signed up with your email and want to be able to sign in with one click using Google, click Connect next to Google.
- If you want to unlink it, click Disconnect.
- Security rule: at least one sign-in method must remain active on your account at all times so you never lock yourself out of your workspace.
Seeing which devices are signed in (Active sessions) and signing out on all devices
If you ever opened véltica on someone else’s computer, at a shared studio, or on a phone you no longer use, scroll down to the Active sessions block:
- You’ll see a list of every browser and device where your account is signed in, indicating which one is your Current session and when each session started.
- You can close an individual session by clicking Sign out next to that device.
- If you want to cut off access everywhere at once, click Sign out on all devices.
