véltica plans (Free, Pro, and Business): what each one includes

See what each véltica plan includes, why your membership covers all your projects, and how transaction fees work.

On this page

On most website platforms, you have to pay for a separate subscription for every single site you publish. In véltica, it works the other way around: your membership belongs to your personal account, and every project you own enjoys the features of your plan.

Why your plan belongs to your personal account rather than a single site

When you subscribe to the Pro or Business plan, your membership applies to your entire account:

  • You can run multiple published sites at the same time (up to 2 projects on Starter / Free, 5 projects on Pro, and 20 projects on Business) without paying an extra monthly subscription for each one.
  • When you invite collaborators to any of your projects, your plan as the project owner always sets the rules: your guests don’t need to pay anything to work with you.
  • And if someone else invites you to their business project, that site is governed by its owner’s plan and doesn’t use up any of the projects available on your own account.

Automatic catalogue pages (/services, /digital, /bookings, /products) come built-in with your shop and do not count against your plan’s page limit even if you customize them in the editor. Offer drafts and blog post drafts don’t count either—creating and preparing your catalogue is always unrestricted.

Platform transaction fees by plan

You can connect your Stripe account and take online payments for digital products, physical products, services, and bookings on any plan, including the free plan.

When you make an online sale, Stripe deducts its standard bank processing fee and véltica applies a platform fee only when you make a sale, which drops as you move up a plan all the way to zero on Business:

  • Starter (Free): 5% fee per sale. That way you can start selling from day one without paying a monthly subscription.
  • Pro: 2% fee per sale.
  • Business: 0% véltica fee (you keep 100%, aside from Stripe’s standard processing fee).

The money from every sale goes straight to your own Stripe Connect account; if your customer applies a discount coupon at checkout, the fee is calculated on the discounted amount so you never overpay.

How to upgrade or switch plans at any time from User menu → Plans

To subscribe or change your membership:

  1. Click your avatar or name to open the User menu and select Plans (you can also get there from User menu → Billing → Change plan).
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual billing and select Pro or Business.
  3. Complete your secure payment through Stripe.

As soon as payment is confirmed, your higher limits, custom domain connection, team seats, and lower per-sale fee activate immediately across all of your projects.
