Create your account and sign in to véltica

Your véltica account brings together all your sites, your image library, the domains you have bought, and your plan in one place. Signing up is free and does not require a credit card.

Ways to sign in (6-digit email code, password, and Google)

You can create your account or sign in from the login screen using any of these methods:

Sign-in method	How it works	Main advantage
Email with a 6-digit code	Enter your email, click Continue with email, and we send a single-use 6-digit code to your inbox.	You do not have to remember or manage another password; each code expires after a short time for security.
Continue with Google	Click Continue with Google and pick your Google account.	Sign in with one click, and your email address is verified automatically by Google.
Password	If you set a password on your account (or reset your access with a new password of at least 8 characters), you can use it when signing in with your email.	Useful if you prefer using a password manager in your browser.

If you check Remember my email on this device, the next time you open véltica you will see your address ready with the Recently used label so you do not have to type it again.

You can connect or disconnect Google sign-in later under User menu → User settings, in the Connected accounts section, as long as at least one sign-in method remains active on your account.

Verify your email address when signing up

If you sign up with your email address, véltica first checks that your email domain can receive messages (and suggests fixes for common typos if it spots, for example, gmal.com instead of gmail.com).

1. Enter your address in Email and click Continue.
2. On the Check your email screen, enter the 6-digit Verification code we sent to your inbox.
3. Next, we will ask What is your name?. Enter your name: it is what your teammates will see when you collaborate on a project and how we personalize your workspace.

The initial welcome questionnaire (personalizing your workspace)

The first time you sign in to véltica, a short welcome guide asks two questions to tailor design suggestions, templates, and project tools to your business:

1. What kind of business do you have?: you can choose from categories such as Services, Restaurant, Shop, Wellness, Portfolio, Fitness, Health, Education, Real estate, Events, Hotels & travel, Home services, Personal brand, Tech, Nonprofit, or pick Something else to describe it in your own words.
2. What should your site do for you?: you can select as many options as you need (Take bookings, Sell services, Sell products, Publish a blog, or Showcase my business).

We use those answers to prepare your starting point so the AI or the template library suggests layouts that fit what you do.

Nothing you pick here locks you in: you can click Skip if you prefer to go straight to the dashboard, and every site feature (shop, bookings, blog, and CMS) will still be available in your project whenever you need it.

What to do if the code does not arrive or the link expired

If you see That code is invalid or expired. Check your email or ask for a new one. or still do not see the email in your inbox:

• Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders: some email providers filter automated verification emails the first time they arrive.
• Check how you typed your email: if you spot a typo in the address shown on screen, click Use another email (or Back) to fix it. If you see That domain does not accept email. Check the spelling., double-check the part after the @.
• Ask for a new code: click Resend code below the verification field. Requesting a new code invalidates the previous one, so make sure you always use the code from the most recent email.
• If you opened an expired sign-in or recovery link: links expire quickly for security. Click Request another link on the same screen to get a fresh one right away.
