Check quick metrics with the dashboard Assistant
Ask the dashboard Assistant natural-language questions about your sales, appointments, and customers, and see what's coming in Apps.
On this page
You don’t always have time to open every table or filter date ranges just to answer a quick day-to-day question. From any screen in the dashboard, you can open the floating Assistant and ask how your business is doing in your own words.
What questions you can ask the floating dashboard Assistant (“How much did I sell this month?”, “How many appointments do I have this week?”, “Who are my top customers?”)
The dashboard Assistant has read access to the metrics and operational data of the project you’re currently working in (always respecting your team role’s permissions). Open it from its button in the dashboard and ask direct questions just as you would ask a teammate:
- About your revenue and payments: “How much did I sell this month?”, “What was my best-selling offer in the last 30 days?”, or “Do I have any recent disputed or refunded charges?”
- About your calendar and bookings: “How many appointments do I have this week?”, “What appointments do I have today and at what time?”, or “Are there any past appointments with unrecorded attendance?”
- About your customers and contacts: “Who are my top customers?”, “How many new contacts came in this week?”, or “Do I have any unread form submissions?”
- About your site traffic: “How many visits did I get yesterday?” or “What is the most visited page on my site?”
The assistant checks your project’s live data on the spot and replies with a clear summary of the numbers—or takes you straight to the relevant section if you need to make a change.
The dashboard Assistant is designed to look up information and guide you as you run your business. If you want AI to write copy on your page, add a section, or change design colors, use the AI Assistant inside the Editor.
What tools are coming soon under Coming soon (Apps: Inbox, native Email Marketing, and Courses)
In the dashboard sidebar (and in the selector when creating new offers), you’ll see a few entries marked with the Coming soon badge. These are built-in tools we are actively building so you can run even more of your business without leaving véltica:
- Inbox: a connected email inbox to read and reply to emails under your own custom domain right from the dashboard, without relying on external mail clients.
- Email marketing (
Marketing): send newsletters, announcements, and promotional campaigns to your Contacts list directly from véltica (in the meantime, you can connect your account in Settings → Omnisend to sync your form contacts automatically). - Courses: a fourth offer format in your catalogue built for module-based lessons that students follow at their own pace with progress tracking.
