Adding and organizing sections with Templates and Page designs
Add ready-made sections that adopt your brand colors, switch your shop or blog layout in one click, and save your own sections.
On this page
- Browsing the Templates panel by category
- Filtering sections by style, layout, column count, and background
- Inserting a section on the canvas and how it adapts to your brand
- Changing the full layout of catalog, service, booking, and blog pages (Page designs)
- Saving your own sections to “My sections” and reusing them across pages
The fastest way to build or expand a page in véltica is with full sections. Instead of building boxes from scratch, you pick a ready-made section and the editor immediately styles it with your typography, your colors, and your button and card styles.
Browsing the Templates panel by category
Open the Templates icon on the left rail of the editor (or click the + button that appears between two sections on the canvas). You’ll see the catalog organized by category based on the role each part plays on the page:
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Hero | Main page headers with a headline, subheadline, action buttons, and an image or video. |
| Features | Sections to explain what your service includes or the benefits of your product. |
| Cards and Bento | Card grids and asymmetric Bento-style mosaics to highlight key points. |
| Gallery and Logos | Photo showcases, client logo strips, partner brands, or press mentions. |
| Metrics and Comparison | Key impact numbers (Stats) and side-by-side tables or blocks to compare plans and options. |
| Testimonials and FAQ | Customer reviews with star ratings and collapsible frequently asked questions (FAQ). |
| Call to action and Contact | Closing conversion bands, contact forms, maps, and business details. |
| Team, Process, and Content | Team profiles, step-by-step “how it works” timelines, and editorial reading blocks. |
| Banner, Blog, and Products | Announcement bands, latest blog post lists, and product showcases. |
Filtering sections by style, layout, column count, and background
Inside each category, you can narrow down your options using the top search bar or the quick filters in the panel:
- Layout and columns: filter by whether you prefer centered stacked text, a two-column
Splitlayout, or grids of 2, 3, or 4 columns. - Background and style: switch between clean minimal sections, framed cards, or dark and colored backgrounds.
Click any thumbnail to see a large preview before deciding to add it.
Inserting a section on the canvas and how it adapts to your brand
To place a section on your page, drag it onto the canvas or click Add a section (it will be inserted right below the currently selected section).
Every template in véltica is wired to your Style tokens. That means even if a section looks a certain way in the preview, the moment it lands on your page it automatically adopts:
- Your Global colors (primary, secondary, surface, and accent colors).
- Your Text styles (your
H1–H3heading font and your paragraph font). - The shape, corner radius, and shadow of your Buttons and Cards.
Changing the full layout of catalog, service, booking, and blog pages (Page designs)
The pages that display your offers (Services, Digital products, Shop, Bookings) and your Blog have two parts: the listing page (where all items appear) and the individual item or post page.
To swap their entire structure in a single click without losing your products or posts:
- Open the listing page or item page from the top Pages switcher, or open the Catalog / Blog panel on the left rail.
- Click Change design (or Blog design).
- Pick from the ready-made layouts:
- For listings: Grid (three columns), Cover + grid, Two columns, Rows, or Title on the side.
- For individual offer or booking pages: Classic, Cover, Purchase on the side, Vertical gallery and sticky purchase, Variants in view, Showcase, Separate gallery, Minimal, Calendar first, Calendar below, or Step by step.
- Click Apply. The layout updates right away while keeping your real offers, prices, and buy buttons intact. If you change your mind, just click Undo (
Cmd + Z).
Saving your own sections to “My sections” and reusing them across pages
Once you finish customizing a section and want to use it on other pages of your site, right-click the section on the canvas to save it in one of two ways:
- Save to My sections (Save as a section): saves a copy of the design in the My sections folder (inside the Insert panel). When you drop it onto another page, it is an independent copy that you can edit freely without changing the original.
- Make reusable: turns the section into a synced Reusable section (found in the Reusable folder). If you place it on three different pages and edit a heading or a button on one of them, it updates automatically on all three pages.
If you ever want a reusable section to stop syncing on one specific page, right-click it and choose Unlink from reusable: it will keep all of its design and content, but become independent on that page.
